We've Enhanced Mobile Banking!
Our enhanced Mobile Banking App gives you more control over your money, wherever you are and whenever you may need it. From balance updates to in‐app bill pay, managing your money has never been easier. Our app is designed specifically for your Apple and Android phone or tablet, just visit your device's app store and search for "FireFirstCU."
Delete, Find and Download (Quick Installation Instructions) 1. If you have your original mobile app (indicated by the blue app icon), you will be required to delete if from your phone or tablet.2. Search the 'App Store' or 'Google Play' for "FireFirstCU" to find our NEW app (indicated by the red app icon) 3. To download, tap the download or install button to add the new mobile app to your phone or tablet.
Pay Bills Within the App
With our enhanced mobile app you now have the ability to make single payments, view/delete pending payments and view payment history via the Pay Bills feature. Get reminders when to pay bills so you never have to pay a late fee. You also can also be alerted when the payment goes through.
With the Transfer Money feature, conveniently transfer funds between your Firefighters First accounts.
Member to Member Transfers
With Member to Member Transfers you now have the ability to transfer money to other Firefighters First members. If your fire station has an account at the Credit Union you can pay your House Dues instantly, directly from within the app.
View Account Balances
Checking your balance is quick and easy with our enhanced mobile app. Select and review your account history page for each of your Firefighters First accounts. View your available balance, current balance, pending and posted transactions.
Using the camera on your phone or tablet, you can deposit checks anytime with the Deposit Checks feature. It’s simple -‐ just snap a photo and tap ‘deposit’.
Touch ID Advanced Security (for iphones only)
Touch ID is our biometric fingerprint authentication. With it, you can quickly login to your account on our mobile app – experience security while using mobile banking.
With Messages, you will be notified about new features within the app and when new banking alerts are received.
With the Locations feature, you can search for an ATM by ZIP code, city or state. A local map with drop pins representing branch and ATM locations appears on screen. Tapping the ‘Find Me’ button to automatically take you to a map showing your current location. This feature is available before and after login. Tapping on the pins gives you information about that location, including the services that location provides, a phone number, and business hours.
Text Banking (Send Text to 454545)
Text banking gives you access to your accounts via text messages with your mobile device. It's a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent transactions by sending a text command. Simply text your command to 454545 for instant account information. *Important: You'll need to login to Online Banking to enable Text Banking. Click the button below for more information.
