Foreclosure Alternatives

Depending on your circumstances, you may qualify for one of the following options:

Forbearance Agreement

Temporarily reduces or suspends payments, with a plan to repay missed amounts over time.

Loan Modification

Adjusts your loan terms to make payments more affordable, often by extending the term or reducing the interest rate.

Short Sale

Allows you to sell your home for less than the amount owed, avoiding foreclosure.

Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure

Voluntarily transfers ownership of your home to the credit union to satisfy the debt.
