Five (5) seats on the Board of Directors are up for election for three-year terms. The following individuals have been nominated for these seats: Nathan Sweet, Lawrence H. Metz, Marvin R. Williams, Richard Frawley and Heather Marques. Because there are no more nominees than there are seats, these nominees will be declared elected at the Annual Meeting.
