With our generous $1,000 daily withdrawal limit, you have options to get cash in places other than our branches.

  1. Get cash without paying ATM surcharge fees. Go to any one of 30,000 CO-OP network ATMs nationwide (this includes most credit unions).
  2. Find CO-OP ATMs in retail locations. Visit 7-Eleven®, Circle K®, Costco®, Publix® and Rite-Aid®.*
  3. Visit a Shared Branch. Stop in any of nearly 6,000 CO-OP Shared Branch locations nationwide for in-person service.
  4. Use ANY bank or retail ATM location and get reimbursed. We’ll reimburse surcharge fees for up to 5 out-of-network ATM transactions per month.**

** ATM rebate program details: Firefighters First Credit Union will reimburse you for ATM surcharge fees incurred when making a withdrawal using your Firefighters First debit card. Fees will be reimbursed for your first five (5) ATM transactions that incur a surcharge fee, per calendar month. Fees will be reimbursed the same day unless your ATM withdrawal is after 3:00 pm (PT). Withdrawals after this time or on a non-business day will post on the next business day along with the fee reimbursement. To qualify for this program, you must have a combined direct deposit total of at least $500 per month and you must take your ATM withdrawal from your Firefighters First personal or business checking account

The FireFirstCU mobile app makes it easy to deposit a check securely using your smartphone camera. You’ll never make the trip to the ATM or branch again (daily deposit limits apply).

  1. Download the FireFirstCU app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™.
  2. Set up your account with your Member Number and PIN.
  3. Select Remote Check Deposit from the bottom navigation.
  4. Enter and confirm the amount of the check.
  5. Follow the prompts to photograph the front and endorsed back of the check.
  6. Receive confirmation.

Transfer money between accounts in minutes in online or mobile banking. Transfers between accounts are immediate; however, transfers from Savings to other accounts are limited to 5 times per month.

  1. Select Transfer/Send from navigation.
  2. Use the Move Money dropdown menus to select the From and To accounts.
  3. Tap the Calendar Icon to schedule the date of the transfer.
  4. Enter the Amount.
  5. Select Make the Transfer.

Still writing checks for loans, credit cards and utility payments? Bill Pay will save your day for better things. Set up your payees, enter your payment amounts, and decide when your payment should be sent. It’s done. Access Bill Pay from online or mobile banking, you can make and monitor your payments from any device, anywhere.

It’s easy to set up a video chat with a member advisor to answer a question, complete a transaction or resolve an account issue—right from your phone using the FireFirstCU mobile banking app.

  1. Login to the FireFirstCU mobile banking app. Select More in the lower right corner.
  2. Select Video Chat from the main navigation.
  3. Already have the FireFirstVideo app installed? You can start a conversation right away. Select Open Video Chat App.
  4. Not set up yet? Select Download Video Chat App to visit the app store.
  5. Download the FireFirstVideo app from the Apple App Store® or Google PlayTM.
  6. Open the FireFirstVideo app and select Quick Video Call.
