Firefighters First "Swipe & Win" Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR CARD TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. EACH PURCHASE COUNTS AS ONE ADDITIONAL ENTRY. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

1. ELIGIBILITY
   The Firefighters First "Swipe & Win" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are members in good standing of Firefighters First Credit Union with an active Firefighters First Credit Card as of the start of the Promotion Period. Employees and their immediate families along with members of the Board of Directors are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION
   The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Firefighters First Credit Union, 1520 W. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena, CA 91105.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2025, at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on November 7, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER
   Automatic Entry with Card Use: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each eligible transaction made with their Firefighters First Credit Card, including tap, swipe, insert, online, or mobile wallet transactions.
5. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY ("AMOE")
   To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase or using a Firefighters First Credit Union Credit Card, eligible members may submit one (1) AMOE form for the duration of the Sweepstakes. The number of entries awarded to each AMOE participant will be equivalent to the average number of entries received by all paid members in the Sweepstakes.
   
   Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the AMOE process, including but not limited to submitting multiple forms or falsifying information, will result in exclusion from the Sweepstakes at the sole discretion of Firefighters First Credit Union. All AMOE entries will be treated with equal dignity and have the same chance of winning as entries received through card transactions.
6. PRIZES AND ODDS
   Nine (9) winners will each receive one (1) prize consisting of two thousand five hundred U.S. dollars (USD $2,500). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: USD $22,500. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION's sole discretion.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
   Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION on or about November 15, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be announced in connection with Firefighters First Credit Union's 90th anniversary celebrations, including through video content and surprise reveals. Potential winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail. Each potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where lawful), and IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. TAX
   All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner, and winner agrees to provide FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION with all necessary tax reporting information.
9. PRIVACY
   Any personal information collected from participants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes, including entry validation, winner notification, fulfillment, and applicable tax reporting, and will be handled in compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and other applicable privacy laws. Data collection will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for Sweepstakes administration.
10. PUBLICITY
    Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Winners may be featured in surprise reveal events and video content in connection with FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION's 90th anniversary celebration.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FIREFIGHTERS FIRST CREDIT UNION, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, or damage arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
