If your Firefighters First Debit or Credit card becomes lost or stolen, call us at:

• (800) 231-1626 and follow the phone prompts for lost or stolen debit card or credit card
• Available 24 hours a day

Debit Cards
If you need to report fraud or a lost/stolen debit card call the credit union at (800) 231-1626 and follow the prompts. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays.

If you need to report a dispute for specific transactions on a Debit Card call (800) 231-1626 during regular business hours 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Please note if you are reporting fraud or a dispute on a Debit Card the call center representative will ask a series of questions regarding the transactions and will need to identify anything that is being disputed. You are required to complete a fraud dispute form identifying the disputed activity and submit it back to the Credit Union within the time provided.

A provisional credit will be provided within 24 to 48 hours and an investigation will take place. During the investigation period, your account will be credited for the disputed amount(s). Upon completion of the investigation if any transactions are found to be yours, we will debit that amount from your account.

Sign Up for Online Banking

Ready to sign up for OnLine Banking? Follow these instructions or give us a call at 800.231.1626

  • Log in to Online Banking at the top of the page by using your member number and the last four digits of your SSN, or if it is a business, the last four digits of your tax ID as your temporary password. You will be prompted to change your PIN through this process.
  • Confirm personal account information and accept the disclosure agreement.
  • Create a secure Username and Password for OnLine Banking.
  • Verify your identity by receiving and entering your One Time Passcode.
  • Select "Yes, register my private computer" if you are using a private home computer, or "No, this is a public computer" if using a public or shared computer (work, library, internet café).
  • Keep your personal User Name and Password private and confidential for future use.
