Activation
• When you receive a new debit card please activate it immediately by calling (800) 992-3808

PIN
You are able to choose a custom PIN after activation by calling (800) 992-3808. Once a personal custom PIN is on the card, you are able to change that PIN by calling or at a Firefighters First CU ATM. However, you are not able to put a custom PIN on the card for the first time at an ATM.

Fraud
If you have had fraud on your card, please contact us anytime at (800) 231-1626. We will block your card, complete fraud forms, and order a new card for you.


Lost/Stolen
If you have a lost or stolen card, please contact us at (800) 231-1626. We will block your card, complete any required forms, and order a new card for you. Learn more about Lost/Stolen cards.


Reward Points
eChecking debit cards and Business debit cards
• eChecking and Business checking accounts come with a FREE debit card.
• Both will earn 1 point for every $2 spent using the debit card (signature)
• Points may be combined across accounts (business & personal)
• Existing points will roll over
• Points will expire after 5 years.

Sign Up for Online Banking

Ready to sign up for OnLine Banking? Follow these instructions or give us a call at 800.231.1626

  • Log in to Online Banking at the top of the page by using your member number and the last four digits of your SSN, or if it is a business, the last four digits of your tax ID as your temporary password. You will be prompted to change your PIN through this process.
  • Confirm personal account information and accept the disclosure agreement.
  • Create a secure Username and Password for OnLine Banking.
  • Verify your identity by receiving and entering your One Time Passcode.
  • Select "Yes, register my private computer" if you are using a private home computer, or "No, this is a public computer" if using a public or shared computer (work, library, internet café).
  • Keep your personal User Name and Password private and confidential for future use.
