Credit Cards

If you need to report fraud, a lost or stolen credit card or file a dispute on a credit card call the Credit Union at (800) 231-1626 and follow the prompts. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays.

If you are reporting fraud or a dispute on a Credit Card the call center representative will ask a series of questions regarding the transactions and will need to identify anything that is being disputed. You will be asked to complete a form identifying the disputed activity and submit it back to the Credit Union. The amount being disputed will be placed in a suspense account within 3 to 5 business days and no interest will be owed or minimum payment due on the amount being disputed.

You are still responsible for any minimum payments that are due on prior or new charges that are not being disputed. The Credit Union will conduct an investigation on the disputed transactions that is generally completed within 45 to 90 days. Upon completion of the investigation, if the dispute is found in your favor the suspended funds will be made available for your use.
