Mobile banking features.
The FireFirstCU mobile app gives you most of what Online Banking offers, plus a few features that are built specifically for mobile. Download it from the App Store or Google Play and log in with the same credentials you use for Online Banking.
Check balances and account activity.
View all your accounts, recent transactions and available balances in real time. Transactions are automatically categorized and accessible across all connected accounts.
Mobile check deposit.
Deposit checks from anywhere by taking a picture with your phone.
Transfers and payments.
Move money between your Firefighters First accounts, transfer to external accounts and make loan or credit card payments directly from the app.
Text alerts and push notifications.
Set up alerts for account activity, low balance thresholds, large transactions and more. Push notifications deliver updates to your phone in real time. Text alerts keep you informed even when you do not have the app open.
Zelle®.
Zelle® is built into the app under Move Money. Enroll with your email or U.S. mobile number and send money to anyone at a participating bank or credit union, typically within minutes. Must be 18 or older. Only use Zelle® with people you know and trust.
Digital wallet.
Add your FFCU debit or credit card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay and pay with your phone or device wherever contactless payments are accepted. Your card number is never shared with the merchant.
Manage your cards anytime, anywhere.
Take full control of your cards directly in the FireFirstCU mobile app. Turn cards on or off, view details, set alerts, add travel notices, update nicknames, control transactions and manage your PIN. Everything you need to stay secure, flexible and in control.

Zelle® and the Zelle® related marks are wholly owned by Early Warning Services, LLC and are used herein under license. To send or receive money with Zelle®, both parties must have an eligible checking or savings account. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle®. In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®. Firefighters First Credit Union Members must be 18 or older to use Zelle®. Neither Firefighters First Credit Union nor Zelle® offers a protection program for authorized payments made with Zelle®. As of March 31, 2025, all users must be enrolled through a participating bank or credit union to send and receive money through Zelle®.
FireSync App is available exclusively through the Apple Store and Google Play Store on eligible mobile devices. Availability may be affected by your mobile carrier’s coverage area. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
