Stop paying full commission. There is a better way for the Fire Family.

Buying or selling a home comes with significant commission costs, but it does not have to. Through a network of trusted local agents, Firefighters First Credit Union members receive a 20% rebate on buyer’s agent commission and pay a flat 1.5% listing fee when selling. Enrollment is free, no obligation required and no Firefighters First Credit Union mortgage necessary to participate.

Real numbers. Real savings. Whether you are buying or selling.

A 20% rebate at closing. No extra cost to you.

When you buy through a participating Home Rewards agent, you receive a 20% rebate from your agent’s commission at closing. On a $750,000 purchase, that is $4,500 back in your pocket.

Purchase price must exceed $150,000. Residential properties only. Certain properties may not be eligible. All rebates are subject to limitations, lender guidelines and state laws.

Cut your listing commission in half.

When you sell through a participating Home Rewards agent, you pay a flat 1.5% listing fee instead of the traditional 3%. On a $750,000 sale, that is $11,250 in savings on the sell side alone.

Note that the full buyer’s agent commission is still owed separately.
