Roman uses his in-depth knowledge of DROP programs, Deferred Compensation Plans, and Retirement Rollovers to create holistic financial plans that reduce risk and protect assets. He provides members with valued second opinions on existing portfolios, including tax-advantaged investing strategies, college savings, estate planning and intergenerational asset transfers.
Education and Experience
Roman is a Certified Financial Planner, CFP®, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2019 and joined Firefighters First Credit Union in 2025.
