An IRA Certificate offers a fixed rate over a set term, combining tax advantages with predictable growth. It is a strong choice for those who want stability and clarity in their retirement savings while selecting options that fit different goals and timelines.
Choose a traditional or roth IRA certificate and earn a fixed rate over a set term. Enjoy tax-deferred or tax-free growth depending on your IRA type, with tiered rates and monthly compounding designed to support long-term retirement savings.
The Freedom IRA certificate provides a short-term, fixed-rate option for rolled over retirement funds while you plan your investment strategy. With no minimum balance and a 4-month term, it helps you keep funds secure and accessible before making long-term decisions.
A money market IRA combines tax advantages with full access to your funds. Earn a variable rate that typically exceeds standard IRA savings while keeping your money available when you need it, with tiered rates and monthly compounding.
A regular IRA savings account earns a variable rate that can change at any time. An IRA Certificate locks in a fixed guaranteed rate for a set term. In exchange for that guarantee you commit your funds for the duration of the term, and early withdrawal penalties apply in most cases.
No. The maximum number of deposits allowed is one per tax year, made at the time of opening.
Unless you instruct us otherwise, Traditional and Roth IRA Certificates automatically renew for the same term at the then-current rate. The Freedom IRA Certificate does not automatically renew. Upon maturity, Freedom IRA Certificate funds are transferred to a 6-month IRA Share Certificate unless you instruct us to move them to another IRA account or an investment account.
The Freedom IRA Certificate is a 4-month temporary holding account for members rolling over funds from a qualified retirement plan such as a 401(k) or 457(b) while working with a Financial Advisor. It accepts new money only and does not automatically renew.
The Money Market IRA is a liquid IRA account that earns a higher variable rate than a standard IRA savings account. Unlike a fixed-term certificate, funds remain accessible at any time. It is well suited for members who want the tax advantages of an IRA with the flexibility to access their funds without a penalty.
Fees may reduce earnings. Dividends will be compounded monthly and will be credited monthly. APY is accurate as of the last dividend declaration date. Penalty for early withdrawal may apply.
