Follow the steps below to submit your cashback redemption request through Online Banking or the FireFirstCU mobile app. The process is simple and can be completed anytime.
Redeem cashback from the mobile app.
- Log in to the FireFirstCU mobile app.
- Tap More from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Self-Service Forms from the top navigation.
- Choose Cashback Redemption Request from the list and complete the form.
Redeem cashback from Online Banking.
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Select Self-Service Forms from the top navigation.
- Choose Cashback Redemption Request from the list and complete the form.
