No stamps. No envelopes. Just bills paid on time.
Bill Pay is available at no cost through Digital Banking. Use it to pay bills, set up recurring payments and keep a full record of your payment history, all without stamps, envelopes or trips to the post office.
What you can do with bill pay.
- Pay bills with a few clicks
- View, edit or cancel pending payments
- Schedule payments up to 12 months in advance, recurring payments, payments “until canceled” or a specific number of payments
- View your last five processed payments
- Track full payment history by payee
You can also receive electronic bills (eBills) directly from participating merchants. An eBill delivers your statement straight to Bill Pay so you can review and pay it from one secure location.
How payments are processed.
Electronic payments (ACH)
If a vendor accepts electronic payments, funds are debited from your account within 2 business days of the scheduled “send on” date and the vendor receives payment within 2 business days.
Check payments
If a vendor does not accept electronic payments, Bill Pay sends a physical check on your behalf. Allow 5 business days for processing and mailing.
Note: funds are debited within 2 business days of the “send on” date regardless of payment method, not on the date the payment is scheduled.
How to view payment history.
- In Bill Pay, select the payee name, scroll down then select History (the past 12 months).
- You can select the Upcoming tab to see scheduled transactions for the next 12 months.
- Electronic payments show the sent date and a status update. Check payments show the sent date and the date the check cleared.
