An eStatement is the electronic version of your regular account statement. Instead of receiving a paper statement by mail, you get an email notification when your statement is ready, then log in to view it in Digital Banking. eStatements look identical to paper statements and are available immediately.

How to enroll in eStatements.

Online Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Select Statements from the top navigation bar.
  3. Review and accept the Digital Services Terms & Conditions.
  4. Confirm you can view a sample statement by selecting, “I can see it.“
  5. Enter your email address and click Submit to finish.

Mobile App

  1. Log in to the FireFirstCU mobile app.
  2. Select Statements from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Review and accept the Digital Services Terms & Conditions.
  4. Confirm you can view a sample statement by selecting, “I can see it.“
  5. Choose your document preferences.
  6. Enter your email address and click Submit to finish.
