Move money your way, whenever you need to.
Transfer funds between your own accounts, send money to an external bank or pay another Firefighters First member directly through Online Banking or the FireFirstCU mobile app, all in just a few steps.
Transfer options.
You can use Digital Banking to:
- Move money between your own Firefighters First accounts.
- Transfer money between your account and an external account at another financial institution, immediately or on a scheduled date.
- Send money to another Firefighters First member using member-to-member transfers.
Member-to-member transfers.
Member-to-member transfers let you send money directly to another Firefighters First member through Digital Banking.
Online Banking.
Step 1: Add a Recipient
Before you can send money to another member, you need to add them as a recipient.
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Select Move Money from the top navigation, then choose Transfer Money to Another FFCU Account.
- Click Add a recipient in the top right corner.
- Enter the recipient’s information:
- First 3 characters of their last name
- Account number
- Note: For business accounts, use the first three characters of the business name. For example, Engine House 51 would be entered as “ENG.”
- Click Verify Recipient.
- Enter a nickname for the account (for example, “Mom’s Checking”).
- Click Add Recipient to save.
Step 2: Send a Transfer
Once your recipient is added, you can send money at any time.
- Select Move Money from the top navigation, then choose Transfer Money to Another FFCU Account.
- Select the account you want to transfer From.
- Select the recipient from the To dropdown.
- Enter the amount.
- Select Make Transfer.
- Review the details and confirm, or cancel if anything looks incorrect.
Mobile app.
