The difference between your card number and account number.

When setting up your credit card as a payee in another institution’s bill pay, writing a check or scheduling an external transfer, you will need your 11-digit account number, not the number printed on your card. Here is exactly where to find it in Online Banking or the FireFirstCU mobile app.

When to use your account number.

Use the 11-digit account number (not your card number) when:

  1. Writing a check to pay your credit card bill.
  2. Setting up your credit card as a payee in another institution’s bill pay service.
  3. Scheduling or updating a transfer between your credit card account and an external account.

How to find your account number in Online Banking.

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Go to My Accounts.
  3. Select your Credit Card Account.
  4. Click on Account Details.
  5. A panel will slide from the right that contains information about your Credit Card.
  6. For your 11-digit account number, look for Account Number.

How to find your account number in the mobile app.

  1. Log in to the FireFirstCU mobile app.
  2. Go to Accounts on the bottom navigation and then Internal Accounts.
  3. Select your Credit Card Account.
  4. Click on Account Details.
  5. A panel will slide from the bottom that contains information about your Credit Card.
  6. For your 11-digit account number, look for Account Number.
