The right coverage starts with the right questions.

What would happen if a disaster hit your home tomorrow? Most people assume they’re covered until they find out they’re not. Your partners in Insurance Services take the time to understand your situation, find the gaps and build a policy that actually protects everything you’ve worked for.

Homes we help protect.

Whether you own, rent or manage property for others, here’s how home coverage can be built around your specific situation and responsibilities.

Primary residences.

Your home is probably your biggest asset. Coverage for a primary residence goes beyond protecting the structure itself. We can help you with coverage for Private Dwellings, Condos, Townhomes, Mobile Homes, and even ADUs. We help you look at liability limits, personal property protection and additional living expenses.

Rental homes and investment properties.

Owning property you don’t occupy comes with a different set of risks. Landlord policies cover things a standard homeowners policy doesn’t, including lost rental income, tenant liability and property damage. We help you figure out what applies to your situation.

Apartments and rental units.

Renters insurance is often overlooked but rarely expensive. It protects your belongings and can help pay for temporary housing if something forces you out. We walk you through your options so you’re not left counting on emergency assistance.

Navigating risk and responsibility.

Understanding liability protection.

Liability coverage can protect you from costs tied to injuries, accidents or damages you’re found responsible for. Knowing what’s included and what isn’t means no surprises when you need it most.

Coverage limits, deductibles and what they mean for your finances.

The numbers on your policy matter more than they might seem. Coverage limits that are too low or deductibles that are too high can turn a manageable situation into a real setback. We will help you review your risk management plan to ensure you understand outcomes before something goes wrong, not after.

Coordinating home insurance with your broader financial plan.

Many members think about home insurance alongside emergency savings, credit health and long-term planning. We’re here to help connect those conversations so all parts of your risk management plan works together, not in isolation.

California FAIR Plan

The California FAIR Plan covers less than you think.

Everything you need to know about insuring your home.

Is home insurance required?

Requirements vary based on whether you own or rent and whether there is a mortgage involved. Understanding what is required versus what is recommended is part of the decision process.

Can I insure multiple properties?

Yes. Many members insure more than one property and review coverage together to understand how policies work in combination.

Does home insurance cover personal belongings?

Coverage for personal property varies by policy and situation. This is an important topic to review when exploring options.
